Progress continues in Ellendale, North Dakota, where teams are advancing two 150 MW Critical IT Load buildings in parallel at Applied Digital's Polaris Forge 1 campus.
Across Polaris Forge 1-2 and Polaris Forge 1-3, construction, commissioning, and critical systems work continue to move forward — bringing the next phases of Applied Digital's AI factory campus closer to operational readiness.

- MEP commissioning continues to advance, with multiple systems successfully energized.
- Early data hall fit-outs are moving full steam ahead, including progress on hot aisle containment and the technical water loop.
- Key equipment installations are underway as the second phase of the building is actively being outfitted.
Polaris Forge 1-3 | 150 MW Critical IT Load
- The precast structure remains ahead of schedule, with roofing activities making strong progress.
- Slab on grade is complete for the Phase 1 UPS rooms, setting the foundation for subsequent buildout activities.
- Underground MEP work continues to progress, while overhead MEP installations are beginning to ramp up.
