Century Builders is seeking an experienced Construction Scheduler to support data center contracts. This role will develop and manage the master schedule, ensure critical milestones are achieved, and keep all teams aligned throughout design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the full project schedule in Primavera P6.
- Develop CPM logic, WBS structure, look-aheads, and progress updates.
- Analyze schedule impacts and provide mitigation recommendations.
- Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Review contractor schedules for accuracy and alignment with project goals.
- Update schedule daily, and distribute an updated schedule weekly.
- Support monthly reporting with narratives, critical path updates, and risk flags.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 (required).
- 3–7+ years of scheduling experience in commercial, industrial, or mission-critical construction.
- Understanding of MEP-heavy sequencing and fast-track delivery.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
